According to the characteristics of welding seam between sink bowl and sink drainer board are curve line at one flat area 2Dimensions(2D),the machine adopted the four servo motors, four-axis linkage, centralized controlling system, weld the sink bowl and drainer automatically.


To weld, firstly fix the workpiece by the vacuum chuck on the welding platform, get the position according to each feature edge of sink, then using the welding principle of resistance seam welding machine with the CNC system,

servo motor drive "Down Welding Platform moves left and right along the X linear axis, Up Welding Arm moves before and after along the Y linear axis, and Welding Head move up and down along the Z linear axis, Welding Electrode Roller rotate 360 degrees along the A rotation axis",4-axis act at same time, in accordance with the program to realize full automation welding.

1 Compared to common manual sink seam welding machine,this kind of CNC Sink Automatic Welding Machine can weld the sink with max length more than 2.5meter or 3meter,even more,the sink drainer board's length is unlimited;

2 CNC intelligent control,strong welding quality,well welding consistency,

4 Automatic data sampling, automatic calibration function, using sampled data feedback, automatic determination to shape of sink and bowl's welding track.
Different shape,different size of bowl,welding arm and electrode can do the data collection and location automatically,feedback to the CNC controlling system,
And then CNC system sends the instruction to the welding arm and electrode,go on welding the sink in large quantity according to the shape and size of the basin.

5 Flat platform type lower welding electrode make sure the welding track on the surface much smaller, greatly saving the follow-up grinding and polishing processing time and cost,
the more important point,it can avoid the conductive uneven phenomenon caused by rotating bearing bush rotation
