Product Description

The wire rope fuse machine is a special fuser for the electromechanical integrated wire rope developed by the company itself, and has strong adaptability. It has the characteristics of fast fusing speed, smooth and flat broken head, no looseness, small heat affected zone, reliable operation, good stability and easy to use. The machine adopts a logic trigger circuit, adjusts the size of the conduction current by adjusting the conduction angle of the thyristor, adjusts the continuous uninterrupted, and the electrode spacing and clamping force are adjustable. 2. The principle of melting
Mainly utilizing the thermal effect of the current, the large current flows through the wire rope in a short time, and a large heat accumulation is obtained in a certain section, thereby causing the instantaneous melting. This machine adopts advanced thyristor voltage regulation technology to obtain continuously adjustable low voltage and large current. The trigger circuit is the main control part of the machine, and the phase shifting bridge circuit and the phase control pulse forming circuit are all enclosed therein to make the instrument work stably and reliably. The trigger circuit is externally connected to the potentiometer to adjust the current.
3. Main structure
3.1 The machine is mainly composed of three parts: mechanical structure, electrical part and pneumatic system.
3.2 The mechanical structure of the machine consists of cabinet, electrode and fixture.
3.3 The electrical part is mainly composed of main transformer, electrical control cabinet and output cable.
