KIU Series Ultrasonic Frequency Induction Heating Machine
 
Applications:

1. Hardening: usually used in gear hardening (quenching), shaft hardening etc. Hardening thickness: using different frequency to obtain different depth, ranging from 0.2-8.0 mm.
2. Annealing: For soften steel parts before bend.
3. Tempering: Slowly heating for release internal stress for steel parts.
4. Forging: Heating steel rod or cube to 1100 Celsius before forging process.
5. Melting: with additional crucible added to the induction heater, machine is capable to smelt Steel, Copper, Aluminum, and Gold etc.

 
With special designed PLC program, your applications can be carried out with automation.
