Product Description
DPM-10AB Inverter DC Spot Welder is adopted computerized inverter DC welding source technology and has two kinds of welding heads for selecting or both:
Type A - Up and Down Type Welding Electrode at both sides;
Type B - Parallel Type Electrodes at one side;
The Features of the Machine:
1. To power source compatibility stronger, the welding pressure direct demonstration;
2. The output of instant power is powerful, the welding time is short, weld spark is small, welding more reliable and weld point invarible color;
3. Can reduce the heat impact to a minimum, it is slightly small to the cell intrinsic characteristic influence;
4. After welding, the surface of the battery turn much cleaner;
5. The contour is artistic, control by computer, each parameter is set and adjusted by keyboard;
6. LCD demonstrated the established parameter, accurate, direct-viewing and convenient.
Main Applications:
Any precise Spot Welding, Battery Pack Production, Custom Battery Packs, Battery Pack Re-building, Battery Cell Tabbing Weld Alkaline, Ni-Cd, NiMH, Li-Ion Cell Types, etc.
