Installation instructions

1. Lay the chiller machine in an indoor air position, and there should be some room around in order to operate and repair.
2. According to the chiller machine installation diagram, connect the waterpipe. Chilled water and cooling water ought to be separated. The water system pipeline should avoid changing direction to avoid lower the water pressure. Chilled water pipe should be kept cold. Make sure that the whole water pipeline is connected correctly, then operate the machine.
3. The connection pipe diameter reserved by set is the standard pipe diameter. When there is a long-distance transmission, we suggest using the same standard or one level lower pipe to connect. If the diameter of pipe is smaller than the standard diameter, please ask the manufacturer whether could be used, otherwise, the water pump and the compressor might be damaged.
4. This machine is three-phase five-wire or one-phase three-wire. Choose national standard line in accordance with current as the specifications of the power line please.
5. This machine is strict tested. Users can use it as long as you connect the water pipe and power line in accordance with circuit diagram.
6. If there have phase loss or phase fault. Can't running this machine.
7. According to machine's pipe size to installation machine. Can't change pipe size by yourself.
8. Machine have many safety production.if there have machine problems. Can't running this machine, you need find problems and solve it. And then use this machine.
9. Machine need maintenance. air cooled chiller(1-2 months).clean the condenser. Clean the dust. Water cooled chiller(3 months). clean it and change the water(water pipe ,cooling tower.water tank).
10. If you a long time not use this machine,please open the drain valve.let all water out off water pipe.water tank. To avoid rust.
