Product Description

Automatic Gate Type Bundy Tube Condenser Double Fixtures and Trolleys Welding Machine is mainly used for welding the two layers of outside steel wire and the middle "S" shaped cooling tube together.
Bundy tube condenser welding is a kind of sandwich type welding method, the up and lower material of them are exactly the same, the middle tube to be welded is copper tube or copper coated steel tube. In order to guarantee the welding quality and appearance of both sides of condenser, welding process require that the welding kernel of up and down two welding points should be the exactly same.

1. Summary of the Welding Machine:
The machine is mainly used for welding Bundy Tube Condenser automatically.
After pre-cut the wire by automatic wire straightening and cutting machine and bend the tube into "S"shape by automatic tube bending machine, then load them to welding fixture, it will go to the welding position and come back to the original position by servo motor, then unload the welded condenser manually.
There are advantages of high production efficiency, beautiful welded surface, less discoloration, less deformation and so on.

2. How to Select the Model of the Welding Machine:
According to the sharp, size, welding requirements and production capacity of condenser, to determine the quantity of welding cylinder and welding electrode, the max welding width of the machine.
There are three kinds of welding source to choose: (1)Single Phase Secondary Rectified Power Supply, Three-phase Secondary Power Supply, Middle Frequency Inverter DC Power Supply.

3. Welding Machine Basic Structural Features and Characters:
The whole machine include two main machinery parts: Main Welding System and Automatic Workpiece Conveying System.

3.1 The main welding machine is designed into Gate Type Frame. 2Sets of Resistance Welding Transformers are built at both side of the main frame: Left and Right Position.
Each transformer will weld several points per time depending on the dimension of the condenser as controlling program to finish one line of welding points.

3.2 The welding parts are all adopted with the pneumatic pressurized system, the machine upper part install a number of welding cylinders, each welding cylinder provides the welding pressure to 8-13 pairs of welding points.
When welding, the welding electrode will press down as programmed process.

3.3 On the welding table, there is two welding trolleys and fixtures. On the trolley, there is one condenser welding mould on one trolley, the wire and tube are loaded to the welding mould manually, then the trolley is fed to welding position and weld automatically by Servo Motor, after welding come back to the original position again.

4.0 Main Working and Welding Process of the Machine
4.1 Firstly, operator load the wire and tube to one of two the welding fixtures and moulds manually;
4.2 Secondly, press the foot switch or start button, the first welding trolley and mould with the wire and tube is fed to welding position by Servo Motor automatically;
4.3 Thirdly, as the program which have already been inputted to the welding controller and PLC, it will weld the tube and wire together automatically;
4.4 Forth, the trolley go forwarder with the workpiece to the next welding position and weld again, one line by one line until to finish the whole condenser; At the same time, the worker will load wire and tube to the second welding fixtures and mould manually.
4.5 Fifth, after the finish one whole condenser, the first trolley and mould go back to the original position; At the same time, the second welding fixture and mould which have already been loaded with wire and tube go ahead to the welding position to finish the welding process again.
4.6 Sixth, the worker will upload the welded condenser and load pre-cutted wire and tube again to the first welding fixture and mould.
4.7 The two welding fixture and trolley will work in turn. And so on
