  1. Heating rusted bolt nut, by the purpose of fast and easy remove from machines, cars etc. Using the thermal expansion theory, when the nuts of the bolt is heat, it expands which makes it easy to be removed from rusted bolt.
  2. A flat coil will enable the device to remove stickers.

The inverter converts a normal alternating current of 230 V, 50 Hz to a high frequency current, transforming the device into a high frequency alternating magnetic field.
The magnetic field penetrates the conductive metal surface (for example a screw head or a nut) and allows the electrons to vibrate in the metal according to the principle of electromagnetic induction.
The kinetic energy of moving electrons manifests itself in the form of heat that heats the metal in the work area of the device. The easier it is to magnetize a substance, the greater the heat that develops in that substance. For this reason, the Hi2.5 Inductor heats ferrous metals and their alloys very quickly, but has no effect on glass, plastic, wood, clothing and other non-conductive materials.
The main switch is used to switch the device on or off. The button is used to activate the magnetic field. The magnetic field is on (ON), until the fulsant is pressed. When the button is released, the magnetic field turns off.
On the side of the device there is a plate with the technical data and the serial number of the device.

Operation Steps

Install the appropriate coil and lock it as shown below.
WARNING! Do not use spirals from other suppliers.
In the case of use of non-original spirals, the guarantee is automatically canceled.

Choose the spiral based on the diameter of the object or the size of the surface to be heated. Position the coil and tighten the nuts.

WARNING! When removing a coil from the torch, keep the torch higher than the red cap on the coolant reservoir to prevent the fluid from leaking out.

Open the red cap on the coolant reservoir and insert distilled water to fill 85% of the total capacity (about 2.5 liters).
WARNING! Do not insert tap water as the impurities inside it could block the cooling circuit.

Switch the device on using the main switch.
Insert and position the element to be heated in the center of the coil, then press and hold the power button. Adjust the power of the inductor with the Regulator Output Power.
At the same time the temperature of the element to be heated will start to increase. Once the work is finished, release the button and place the device in a safe place

Use Rules

This device is built in the over heat protection, it will shut itself off to prevent damage from the overheat, and can use after the temperature back to normal.
Please do not use it over 2 minutes one time; Although the device is built in the over heat protection, however please don't often use it till power cutting off by thermal switch, in this way, the life spam of the device will be reduced.

During use, please place the coil in the center of bolt, try not to reach or close to large metal part (that part is the place you don't need to heat), other wise it will increase working load and slow heating speed of bolt.

When the insulation is breach, please replace with new insulation pipe, or replace the coil. (Breach of insulation pipe may lead to short circuit of induction coil, thus reduce the heating function and increase work load of device)

Do not block the back end fan during working, otherwise cooling ability will decrease, and cause overheat of the device very soon.
Please don't put this device in fridge, near the air conditioner vent, this may cause condense water inside of the device and may damage the board.

Please don't bend the power cord sharply, no matter in using or storage.
Please don't open the device by yourself.

Working time: Continues 20 minutes. (From normal temperature to protection switch-off temperature, it is possible to you can continue your work by replacing the coolant);

Heating capacity reference: Heating 10units 50mm bolts from 25ºCto 300ºC.
 

Recommend heating temperature and duration are as follows

Note:
    1. Visible dark red color is around 550 °C, NB: The nut starts to release after 10-20 seconds when it is still dark.
 
    1. Metal surface temperature will be 50-60 °C lower then internal temperature.
 
    1. Temperature over 550 °C may lead to annealing to the nut, directly affect iron toughness and hardness, so recommend heating temperature is below 500°C
