- Mainframe including main body outer high quality steel frame and slider chassis, which is accomplished through cutting, welding, heat treatment (to eliminate internal stress) and precision machining to guarantee the necessary rigidity and precision requirements of work piece.
- Pressing Structure: It applies the way of cylinder vertical compression of cam driving by motor, greatly accelerate the reaction movement rate, and improve the production efficiency. The compression rod is precisely polished and plated with hard chrome.
- Crosswire automatic feeding unit: it applies the servo motor driving the gear rack and then obtain fasting feeding speed.
- Pneumatic system: Electromagnetism valve, Air processors are Taiwan "Mindman" products and cylinders are non-oil self-lubricate cylinder. The gas storage jar installed in the mesh welder to stabilize the pressure of the gas sources, guarantee the stability of the welding.
- Water cooling circle system: Adopting parallel connection grouping cooling method to cool resistance transformer, SCR and electrode. It will take away the heat during the welding in time to stabilize the quality of welding, extend the life span of the electrode and components. With a flow meter on the water outlet, it will be convenient for checking and replacing the electrode.
- Main circuit system: SCR using the high-power water-cooling products which is from joint venture Company's high quality brand. Bi-directional parallel enables the stable output and strong reliability.
- Resistance Welding Machine controller box: Using the computer spot welding controller, resistance transformer and electrodes are controlled by each of them. Each welding parameters are precisely controlled, ensure the consistency of the welding quality.
- Mesh pull system: the mesh pull system consists of cylinder component and servo motor. The function is to drag the mesh and obtain the mesh automatically welding.
