Applications:

1. Hardening: usually used in gear hardening (quenching), shaft hardening etc. Hardening thickness: using different frequency to obtain different depth, ranging from 0.2-8.0 mm.

2. Annealing: For soften steel parts before bend.

3. Tempering: Slowly heating for release internal stress for steel parts.

4. Forging: Heating steel rod or cube to 1100 Celsius before forging process.

5. Melting: with additional crucible added to the induction heater, machine is capable to melt Steel, Copper, Aluminum, and Gold etc.
